- Services encompassed by the registration fee include:
- A name badge, a Symposium bag, a participation certificate, and access to the Symposium activity areas.
- All participants and company representatives must register, and the aforementioned registration fees encompass participation in scientific meetings, coffee breaks, refreshments, lunch (excluding the gala dinner), access to the exhibition area and social activities.
- Course participation incurs an additional fee. For further details, please reach out to the congress secretariat.

- Services encompassed within the accommodation fee:
- Two nights of full board accommodation, with a gala dinner on the second night served outside the hotel, included in the accommodation package.
- The hotel check-in date is October 24, 2025, with check-out on October 26, 2025. The two-night accommodation package is non-divisible.
- Value Added Tax will be applied to the specified registration and accommodation fees.
For participants who do not obtain accommodation services through the congress agency during the congress, a daily external participant fee of 200 EURO+VAT (20%) will be charged. External Participation hours cover 08:00-18:00.
TRANSFER FEES
- The one-way transfer fee from Kayseri and Nevşehir Airports to the congress hotel is 60 € plus VAT.
- Individual and special transfer requests will be priced separately.
- Requests with incomplete payments will not be confirmed, and all payments must be finalized prior to the symposium.
- VAT will be applied to the specified transfer rates.

Refund and Cancellation Terms
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Bumerang Group Reklam ve Organizasyon LTD. Services
- For cancellation requests made before September 15, 2025, the paid registration and accommodation fees will be refunded after deducting 10% bank charges
- No refunds will be made for cancellations after September 15, 2025
- After September 15, 2025, only name changes will be accepted
- All refunds will be processed after the congress
