Dear Colleagues,

I am very happy to invite you to our meeting titled ENDOMETRIOSIS & PCOS (Twin Sisters) to be held between October 24-26, 2025 in Cappadocia, Turkiye. They are the most common diseases in our field and the ones that occupy gynecologists the most. Although that they are different conditions and diseases from each other, in reality they are many common points. and both diseases develop through common molecular and endocrine mechanisms. One of the most important common points of both diseases is the necessity of multidisciplinary approach.

Main purpose of this meeting, where we plan to bring together gynecology specialists, endocrinology and metabolism specialists, dermatologists and nutrition specialists to reach an agreement on a common approach to both diseases and make protocols for diagnosis and treatment. By doing that, we would like to introduce colleagues from different disciplines each other and forming joint working groups. That is not only provides great benefits in the diagnosis and treatment of endometriosis and PCOS, but also makes it possible to plan and conduct much higher quality clinical or basic research.

Infertility is one of the most common problems in both diseases. Not only the medications and methods used in infertility treatment, but also the use of common treatment agents for the symptoms caused by these diseases. Discussing psychological disorders such as depression caused by infertility, endometriosis associated chronic pelvic pain and cosmetic problems in patients on a common platform also gives this meeting a special importance.

On the last day of our meeting, certificates will be given to the participants who received online training on diagnoses and treatment of chronic pelvic pain. With the cooperation of the industry, course-like training will be given on the professional use of pelvic floor ultrasound and interventional methods that can be applied at the office level.

Cappadocia, where our meeting will be held, is a real natural wonder and open museum, symbolizing polycystic ovary syndrome with hundreds of travel balloons flying in the sky at sunrise. We wish to come together in this scientific and social feast prepared to talk and discuss with academicians who are experts in all different fields. We will be honored to see the members of associations supporting our meeting in Cappadocia .
